Somatic coaching/personal training includes but is not limited to:

Whole body strengthening and increased mobility.

Examining your everyday movement diet and how it shapes you, thereby assessing and improving habits. 

Learning to choose the most nutritional movement for your body.

Learning the best body mechanics for common movements.

Exploring ways to stack your life for more varietal movement.

Learning how to create a truly dynamic workstation. 

Tailored stretching, strengthening and mobility techniques to address the entire body. Every issue and resolution is a whole-body event.

Rehabilitation of feet and transitioning to beneficial shoes. 

Breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes.  $70 for one session. $300 for 5-session package.

DIRECTIONS TO HOME STUDIO, 104 Foster St, Littleton, MA:

From the West: Head east on MA-2 E. Take exit 39 for Taylor St toward Littleton/Boxboro. Keep right at the fork and merge ontoTaylor St. In 1/2 mile turn left onto Foster St. In approximately 1 1/2 miles, 104 Foster St will be on your right.  Small White Cape with a hedge in front.  Pull down driveway.  Studio is at the back inside of the detached garage.

From the East: Head West on Rte 2. Take exit 41 for Newtown Rd toward W Acton/Littleton. Turn right onto Newtown Rd. In 1 mile turn left onto Tahattawan Rd. At stop sign, make a slight left onto Harwood Ave.  At next stop sign, turn right onto Foster St. In approximately 1/4 mile, 104 Foster St will be on your right.  Small White Cape with a hedge in front.  Pull down driveway. Studio is at the back inside of the detached garage.
